Mi scusi! Len and Jon welcome Jesse Krieger, formerly of the band Harsh Krieger and now a book publisher and the founder of with Lifestyle Entrepreneurs Press, to this edition of Everything Is Personal. As Len's book heads toward its final stages before publication with Jesse's imprint, Jesse talks about his lengthy and varied career that started off with a trip to Europe that eventually brought him from pay-to-play gigs on the Sunset Strip to rock and roll stardom entirely on his own terms. Jesse also talks about his experience as an author, inroads into Asian business markets, and the importance of sharing ideas in books by using stories and narrative to bring the reader into the experience. Len tries to figure out a way to ask for endorsements for his book jacket, imparts the importance of sleep, and argues that anxiety attacks and adverse reactions to cannabis should be discussed and shared instead of hidden away in shame, while Len and Jon share their workout schedules and the different spirit animals of their conscious, most productive awake states, along with their shared love for the Beatles. Also, the etymology of samples in one Have You Heard selection, and a song that enjoyed an initial 10-day release before being nearly litigated into obscurity by the very same record label celebrated on the shirt Jon wore for the session. All this plus Frampton Comes Alive (if he wasn't famous when he recorded it, then who were all those people at the show?), the 1978 Sergeant Pepper movie, and Tenor Saw on Everything Is Personal.
