Everything is Personal

Positivity Coach and Alternative Health Practitioner Pauline Koinis

Episode Summary

Len and Jon welcome the positive and spiritual alternative health practitioner Pauline Koinis, author of the new book Cancer Is Personal to this week's edition of Everything Is Personal, who not only discusses the role cannabis plays in her practice with her patients, but the need to be in the moment, reduce stress, and to listen to one's body when it may be repelling you from interactions with harmful individuals. While Pauline is a one-on-one lifestyle and positivity coach who uses her medical intuition, dialogue, reflexology, hands-on healing, and plant medicine to create personalized care tailored to her patients' needs, as a survivor of stage four ovarian cancer and a "debulking" of a surprising number of organs, Pauline is also well-versed in the realities of hard, western-style medicine. Len and Jon also delve into and "advertise" some of the greatest cannabis and marijuana-themed songs of all time, unpack the curious problem of different diagnostic results of cannabis from different providers and the need for greater regulation on cannabis profiles, and discuss the potentially dangerous and certainly untested conversion of Delta Nine to Delta Eight via heat and pressure-based processes. All this plus this week's edition of Have You Heard, and Jon gets a mid-show visitor at the door.
